StrideHabit terms of use
These terms govern purchases of walking habit coaching products from Yluzarinthon through yluzarinthon.ddd. By paying an invoice or downloading a product, you agree to this document and the policies it references.
Definitions used across StrideHabit products
“StrideHabit” means the coaching studio identified on legal pages. “Client” means the adult purchasing a product. “Materials” means digital files, call summaries, and printed templates supplied with a tier. “Session” means a booked coaching conversation included in hybrid or seasonal products.
Product descriptions and fair marketing
habit-offers.html summarises each product. StrideHabit presents benefits accurately and avoids exaggerated claims about outcomes because walking results depend on personal effort and context.
If StrideHabit updates copy, archived invoices still reference the product bundle purchased at the time of sale.
Eligibility and account security
Clients confirm they are at least eighteen and legally capable of entering contracts in the United Kingdom. You must keep login credentials private and notify StrideHabit if you suspect unauthorised access to downloadable portals.
Ordering invoicing and taxes
Prices appear in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices include StrideHabit legal details, product name, and payment instructions.
StrideHabit may refuse orders where fraud checks fail or where scheduling capacity for live sessions is exhausted. In that case any authorised payment hold is released.
Delivery of digital walking materials
Trail Notes Kit files release to the email address on your invoice within two business days unless a technical fault occurs, in which case StrideHabit communicates alternative delivery paths.
Scheduling live coaching sessions
Stride Check Quartet and Seasonal Walking Partner rely on mutually agreed times. Missed sessions without twenty four hours notice count against your bundle except for emergencies you document in good faith.
StrideHabit may reschedule for coach illness or force majeure and will offer replacement slots.
Acceptable use of StrideHabit communications
Clients agree not to harass staff, send malware, or misuse shared folders. StrideHabit may terminate services and retain evidence if behaviour threatens safety.
Intellectual property in walking products
StrideHabit owns copyrights in templates, audio prompts, and written plans. You receive a non transferable licence to use materials for personal walking habits.
You may not resell, publicly repost, or scrape content for training unrelated models without written permission.
Client content licence
When you upload optional worksheets for feedback, you grant StrideHabit a limited licence to view and comment solely for delivering your purchased product.
Liability for walking activities
Walking outdoors involves inherent risks. StrideHabit offers coaching, not supervision on routes. You remain responsible for obeying traffic rules, weather judgments, and personal limits.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids exclusion, or for fraud. Otherwise StrideHabit aggregate liability per product purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product unless return.html offers a greater refund.
Warranties on digital services
StrideHabit warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. Digital downloads are supplied as is regarding compatibility with your devices, though support will troubleshoot common formats.
Suspension and termination
StrideHabit may suspend access for non payment or abusive conduct. Clients may terminate future sessions according to return.html cooling off rules without affecting completed deliveries.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including widespread transit strikes or internet outages, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly.
Governing law and courts
These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. Courts in Manchester have non exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may also use protections available in your home part of the United Kingdom where consumer law allows.
Dispute resolution and good faith talks
Parties attempt good faith negotiations for thirty days before escalating to formal complaints or court, except where urgent injunctive relief is needed.
Changes to these terms
StrideHabit may update terms to reflect new regulations or product structures. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise, and active clients receive email notice.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms plus privacy.html, cookies.html, and return.html form the entire agreement for online sales. If a clause is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.
Confidentiality of coaching conversations
StrideHabit treats session notes as confidential business information. Coaches may discuss anonymised themes during supervision without identifying you.
StrideHabit may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the vital interests of a person during an emergency you describe in session.
Assignment and transfer of agreements
StrideHabit may assign contracts to a successor entity that purchases substantially all assets, provided your rights remain protected. You may not assign your obligations without written consent.
Language of documents and communications
Primary language is English. If StrideHabit provides translated summaries for convenience, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
Recording of sessions
Audio or video recording occurs only when both parties sign a supplemental consent form. Default sessions are not recorded.
Independent contractor status
External facilitators engaged for specialty workshops operate as contractors under separate agreements, while StrideHabit remains your contracting party for core products.
Public references and testimonials
StrideHabit never publishes identifiable testimonials without written permission. Aggregate case studies mask names and locations.
Software and integration updates
StrideHabit may change internal tools such as calendar providers so long as service levels remain materially equivalent or better.
